How much will your books cost in my currency?
Your credit card is billed in Australian Dollars. To find the approximate value of your order in your currency visit the Universal Currency Converter. Please note that generally your credit card provider will use the currency value at the time they process the order, so the Universal Currency Converter results should only be used as a guide.

Is it safe to order your products online with my credit card?
Yes it is. My ordering area is secure. Communications between your computer and my web servers are encrypted using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. My digital certificate is shared (and owned by our hosting provider) so you will notice that the URL (internet address) will change to https://safe.nc.com.au/crochet/ when you enter the ordering area. You need not be concerned about this. Once you submit your order, your details are kept safely in an area that is not accessible from the internet or otherwise. We are fully aware of security issues and are commited to keeping your personal and credit card information safe.

Must I use my credit card to buy your products?
No. If you do not wish to use your credit card in the secure ordering area, simply go to the secure order area, select the products you wish to purchase and your country of delivery. then click on the "Next Page" Button. You will noticed that the following page will provide you the product and delivery cost of your order. You can print this page out and Post or Fax your order with your payment and delivery details. My contact details are on the foot of each page of the web site. Please note that if you do not live within Australia and you do not wish to pay by Credit Card, you will need to obtain an Overseas Postal/Money Order to the value of your order in Australian Dollars. Do you have a Privacy Policy?
I certainly do! And it's simple. I will not give any details you supply to me to anyone, for any reason except as required to process orders and payments. If you don't subscribe to Crochet News, you will not receive any email from me except

• To answer feeback, comments or enquiries you send to me,
• To clarify any issues that may result from the processing of your orders,
• To confirm your order has been placed and OR
• To confirm your order has been shipped

You will not receive any marketing or advertising material from me except for limited amounts in Crochet News. I utilise the free services of Listbot (http://www.listbot.com) to manage Crochet News, who in return for their free service will place a small advertisement at the foot of each message. I do not have control over the content of that small advertisement, however we monitor it for suitability and will take appropriate action should unsuitable material be advertised. We will not subscribe you to any email or snail mail lists. Your privacy and satisfaction is very important to me.
